Candidate must be self motivated, and have a good understanding of all costs related to the department. The candidate should have an excellent knowledge of a la carte service and be able to translate this via excellent plate presentation. This position could lead to exec chef for an operation with total revenue of three (3) million. The restaurant seats 200 people and is open for lunch from Monday to Friday and open for dinner 7 days a week. - 5+ years of experience
